Preferred Vendor Inquiry

If you are interested in becoming a MCMS preferred vendor and enrolling in the MCMSPV program, please fill out the information below.

Registering does not guarantee that your company will become a preferred vendor. However, by registering, you alert MCMS of your interest and provide them with information to help them determine whether your company is appropriate for consideration.

This information will be sent to MCMS Marketing & Communications department who will evaluate your request within 90-120 days.

MCMS will contact you if your company is selected to move forward with the next stage of the selection process.

A formal agreement will be required. 

By submitting your interest in participating in the MCMS Preferred Vendor Program, the business, provider or the authorized agent of Provider (collectively "Provider") acknowledges that provider has read and agrees that:

  • Provider will not offer discounts to products or services such as legal services, cigarettes or other tobacco products, gambling services or venues, sexual services or adult entertainment, alcohol, or firearms;
  • Provider will not solicit at MCMS Member's practice, employer or business site or contact a MCMS member in person, via e-mail, or by written materials;
  • Provider will not disclaim knowledge of or responsibility for the authenticity or legality of their product or service;
  • Provider will comply with applicable MCMS Rules and Regulations, policies, and state law including any licensing or certification requirements applicable to the provisions of a particular service;
  • Provider will not use the Maricopa County Medical Society or any Business Services logos or seals or otherwise imply that participation in the MCMS Preferred Vendor Program without prior approval from the Maricopa County Medical Society.
  • Provider acknowledges that no Maricopa County Medical Society board member, any member of his/her family or staff, or any MCMS Executive Staff or family member has any financial or personal interest in, or substantial obligation to any supplier of goods or services or any other organization, which is engaged in doing business with or serving Maricopa County Medical Society members; unless it has been determined by the board, on the basis of full disclosure of facts, that such interest does not give rise to a conflict of interest. Provider agrees to full disclosure of nature of business, ownership of or relation with MCMS Board or Executive Staff or Organization that will profit directly from said relationship.
Notice of Eligibility: Companies that perform services similar to--or compete with--the Maricopa County Medical Society, its family of businesses or existing Preferred Vendors cannot be accepted into the Preferred Vendor program. If your business does not qualify for the Preferred Vendor program, contact MCMS to inquire about other available partnership options.
