The Arizona Coalition for Tomorrow (ACT) Health Fair was held on September 24, 2011. Working with businesses, government and educational leaders, and partnering with organizations like Maricopa County Medical Society (MCMS), ACT organizes this all-volunteer event to serve at-risk children that are eligible for metropolitan Phoenix Head Start programs, but lack appropriate medical clearances. Services include dental, eye, hearing and asthma screenings, lead testing, TB tests, physicals, blood tests, immunizations, vision screenings and nutrition information.
