NEXPLANON (etonogestrel), is a birth control implant that prevents pregnancy for up to five years. It's a small, flexible rod that's inserted under the skin of the upper arm by a trained healthcare professional. The implant slowly releases a hormone called etonogestrel, which prevents pregnancy by thickening cervical mucus and stopping ovulation.
MCMS will be providing breakfast and beverages.Â
This event is only for MDs and DOs.
