About the event

This CME seminar is presented and hosted by Brook Choulet, MD founder of Choulet Performance Psychiatry and Mona Amini, MD, MBA founder of Mon'Vie Mind Wellness. They will explore the challenges physicians face, such as burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion, and emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive environment where mental health is prioritized.


Participants will learn strategies to reduce the stigma around seeking help, promote self-care, and implement wellness practices within medical settings to improve both personal well-being and patient care outcomes.
